Returns Policy

*We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products. Custom items are made specifically for each order, and as such, cannot be returned.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- We will only accept refunds or exchanges if an error was made in production.
- If the issue stems from an error the customer made when placing the order (such as providing/approving incorrect sizes, colors, or other details), there is no guaranteed refund or exchange. However, we will review your request and try to work with you on a solution. *Please note that if no solution is able to be made and the customer would like a fix, they may need to repurchase the items.

Important Notes:

- We must be contacted within 30 days from pickup date. No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

- All returns must be in their original packaging.

- Items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Requesting a Refund or Exchange:
If you believe your return is due to an error within production, please email customer support at art@badgerprints.com with the following details:

- Date of purchase

- The item(s) you wish to return

- The reason for the return

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

*All requests for refunds, exchanges, or store credit are subject to approval from our sales team, based on the condition of the product and the reason for return. We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange request.
