The most durable, vibrant, and cost-effective decoration method for bulk orders. Badger has been screen printing in Cache Valley since 1990.
Screen printing is the process of pushing ink through a mesh stencil directly onto a garment. Each color in your design requires its own screen — but the result is a bold, durable print that outlasts most other decoration methods.
Because screens are created upfront, screen printing becomes more cost-effective as quantities increase. It's the go-to choice for teams, businesses, schools, and events that need consistent, high-quality results across a large order.
Every screen print at Badger is backed by our lifetime decoration guarantee — if it fades, cracks, or peels, we make it right. Free of charge.

Screen printed ink bonds directly to the fabric fibers. The result outlasts most other decoration methods — backed by our lifetime guarantee.
Thick ink layers produce vivid, opaque colors that pop on any garment — including dark fabrics. Pantone matching available for precise brand accuracy.
Once screens are made, the cost per piece drops significantly with quantity. The more you order, the better the value — perfect for teams and businesses.
Your screens are saved on file. When you need to reorder, we skip the setup entirely and get your job into production faster.
Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces per design. For smaller quantities, we recommend DTF printing which has no minimums.
We can print up to 8 colors per design. Each color requires its own screen, so pricing increases with each additional color. Simple 1–3 color designs are the most cost-effective.
Yes — printing on dark garments requires an underbase (white base layer) which counts as an additional color. Let us know your garment color when requesting a quote.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher also work. Don't have artwork? Our team can help create or recreate your design.
Yes — we offer Pantone color matching for orders that require precise brand color accuracy. Let us know your Pantone colors when submitting your quote request.
We cover it under our lifetime decoration guarantee. If the print fails due to our process, we'll reprint it free of charge — no expiration, no questions asked.
